Support runs around the clock on live chat, and the same team answers on Telegram and WhatsApp. All three are staffed in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese, so write in whichever you think in.
Which channel to use
Live chat is the fastest route and the right one for anything touching a balance: a deposit that has not shown, a withdrawal still in the queue, a bet that did not settle. It opens inside the casino so the agent can already see the account you are asking about, which removes the back and forth of identifying yourself.
Telegram is the better channel when you need to send a screenshot or a transfer receipt, and it is also where new promotions and 4D results are posted first. WhatsApp suits a short question when you are away from the casino and do not want to open it.
All three reach the same desk, so you do not have to repeat yourself if you switch between them, and all three answer in English, Bahasa Melayu and 中文 at any hour.
What to have ready before you message
For a cashier question, have the exact amount, the time you sent it, and the route you used. If it was DuitNow QR or an e-wallet, the reference number from your own banking app settles almost every case in one exchange. A screenshot of the transfer confirmation is better than typing the details out, which is why Telegram is the easier channel for this.
For a game question, the title and roughly when you played is enough for us to pull the round. You do not need to remember the stake. Every round is logged server side with its result, so a disputed spin is a lookup rather than an argument.
For anything about signing in from a new handset, have the phone that receives the SMS code with you. We cannot move an account onto a device that cannot receive the code, and that limit is deliberate.
Response times, honestly stated
Live chat is usually answered inside a couple of minutes and is slowest in the evening, between roughly 8pm and midnight, when the floor is busiest. Telegram and WhatsApp run a little behind chat because the same people staff all three. None of them close.
If a withdrawal is the reason you are writing, check the cashier first: a payout that has met its turnover normally lands in three to eight minutes, and a queue you can watch is faster than asking about it. Message us if it has sat longer than that, and say so in the first line.
